When Whitepace Creative designed two comps for Spirit of the Garden, one showcased landscape designer Allison Rani Moore's elegant and dramatic xeric style. The other used an organic floral motif more akin to her cottage garden style. The latter design won out when Allison showed the designs to peers, friends, family and clients. They told her,"This one's more like you."

The Spirit of the Garden website packs a lot in a few number of pages and uses high-quality, professional photography. The background image was created in part from a silhouette of garden fairies made by Allison's mother, and expresses Allison's own approach to design in a colorful, carefree way.
